When you have set up your Workflows and when you are ready, you need to enable the Ticket Parser Autofill app.

Enabling Ticket Parser Autofill
Enable the app from the Ticket Parser Autofill Configuration.
- If the Configuration is not already displayed. login to Zendesk as a user who has access to the Ticket Parser Autofill app.
- On the left-hand side of the Zendesk Agent Dashboard, click the Ticket Parser Autofill icon in the sidebar.
- On the Configuration page, click the Enable/Disable toggle so this shows as Ticket Parser Autofill is enabled.
Once the app is enabled, all the Workflows that are set as Enabled will trigger.
Disabling Ticket Parser Autofill
You can disable the Ticket Parser Autofill app at any time.
- On the Configuration page, click the Enable/Disable toggle so this shows as Ticket Parser Autofill is Disabled.
When the app is disabled, none of the Workflows will trigger any actions.
